Hotel Benno - Eindhoven

Clean room, great location near the center, and plenty of hot water. The continental breakfast had a variety of options, including non-pork items that were suitable for my diet. Reception staff were sometimes unhelpful, especially with wifi assistance. The shared bathroom situation was acceptable for a short stay but could be inconvenient for longer visits.

The location of the hotel is very good.

The hotel is relatively cheap but from my experience the standard is still too low given the price. The bathroom and the toilet are shared. Moreover, when I arrived at 3pm the room was still not ready for me to check in.

The room was peaceful despite nearby bars, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The unique feature of having a sink in the room added practicality.

I was disappointed to find that my room was poorly maintained. The shared bathroom situation was frustrating, and I struggled with inconsistent hot water throughout my stay. The noise level in the hallways made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Lack of lift. It took me some time to drag up the heavy luggage over the steep, narrow stairs.

No reason to complain, the venue met the needs, would be happy to recommend it. Neat, excellent value hotel, the location was absolutely perfect next to the Philips museum, the central station and airport buses and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful, we had an early check-in. Overall it was a nice size and airy in shared bathroom.

Reception area not easy to find and is almost always closed, need to change its location to the front of the restaurant.

The management/staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room reasonably quiet.

Perhaps it is just that hotels are terribly expensive in Eindhoven but value for money seemed much lower than I have found through Booked.net for hotels in Germany
